SUMMARY
Responsible for setting-up
and maintaining the extrusion process to job specifications. Also responsible for proper shut down and
cleaning of the complete production line, including proper handling of raw
materials and products manufactured.

Inspect, verify quantity,
and put product away in its primary location, or palm pilot scanner. This position also consists of down
stocking, rotating and assuring that all product is correctly logged into the
computer. This position plays a vital
part in our companies inventory control.

MATERIALS & RECEIVING
Forklift Operators: High Bay, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck.
Forklift Operators: Sit Down
SUMMARY
Responsible for loading or unloading
truck(s) with the use of forklift operation.
Delivers product to floor in designated areas.
SUMMARY
Loads and unloads
material within a warehouse environment. Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts,
hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from
trucks or warehouse facility.

Sorts and identify
product , detail product received in a document call RGA( Returns Good
Authorization). Make product conversions and product inspections when required
per Supervisor.
Pullers (High Bay, Low Bay)
SUMMARY
This person is responsible for
getting work orders from the raw materials office, pulling and delivering them
to production with efficiency and accuracy.

Review items in receivers
and send through appropriate process to be inspected. Responsible for daily updates and maintaining the First Article
History and Library.
SUMMARY
Verify and pack parts in Blister, Poly
or Skin packages.
SUMMARY
Configures and
operates mechanical press equipment to shape materials used in manufacturing
operations. Performs operations such as blanking, bending, punching, forming,
on a variety of materials, based on blueprints and other instructions.
Responsibilities
include configuring equipment and calibrating gauge settings, recognizing
condition of dies, loading materials onto the equipment, feeding material
through die, and positioning and removing parts from the die. Keeps a record of
number of pieces made and of routine equipment maintenance performed.
SUMMARY
Responsible for
running the roll former and making adjustments. Also responsible for boxing screen frame as it comes from the
line. Ensures that un-coiler is on and
going in the correct direction. Ensure
vacuum is on. Ensures oil and water
system is adequately full. Verifies
computer panel is programmed correctly.
Ensure quality of chamber of coil.
Ensures product is free of dents.
Ensures machinery is turned off when not in use.

Roll Form / Machine Operator
Will operate roll form machines, inspect parts, line pack parts,
document production runs, and perform adjustments to the setup.
Set-up Personnel
Must be able to perform the role of a Roll Form Operator as well as
perform equipment and tooling set-ups, understand and write set-up charts,
generate productivity improvement suggestions regarding the equipment, tooling
and processes.
